    If your initiative/program serves people under community corrections supervision, how does your organization work in partnership or work in collaboration with participants’ probation or parole officers?
    Through consistent communication of who is returning to our community. A populated list is compiled by the Dept. of corrections of all offenders returning to our county.

    Yes all services that were given along with schduled meeting and referrals.

    Yes How many have job placements.How many have been re-arrested.What is the amout of time since their release were crimes committed. How many were arrested that participated in the program and those who did not.

    Activities

    What, if any, activities does your initiative/program include for people while they are incarcerated and how do these activities differ from those offered to the general population?
    On site visit by the case manager prior to their release to go over the process of the reentry program and confirming information that was mailed to them.
    What activities does your organization engage in post-release and how do these activities differ from those offered to the general population?
    The case manager selects offender from a populated list who fits the criteria of federal funding.(Gangs,Gun violents)
    How are people placed into your program?
    We select them from a populated list by the Dept. of corrections
