- Through consistent communication of who is returning to our community. A populated list is compiled by the Dept. of corrections of all offenders returning to our county.

- Yes How many have job placements.How many have been re-arrested.What is the amout of time since their release were crimes committed. How many were arrested that participated in the program and those who did not.
Activities
- What, if any, activities does your initiative/program include for people while they are incarcerated and how do these activities differ from those offered to the general population?
- On site visit by the case manager prior to their release to go over the process of the reentry program and confirming information that was mailed to them.
- What activities does your organization engage in post-release and how do these activities differ from those offered to the general population?
- The case manager selects offender from a populated list who fits the criteria of federal funding.(Gangs,Gun violents)

- We select them from a populated list by the Dept. of corrections
